Team Training Camp

Congratulations on your decision to play on a travel team and take full advantage of the opportunities we have to play baseball all year round in the southwest. It is no coincidence that the three states that dominate the professional baseball draft are California, Texas, and Florida. The players in these states are much further advanced after high school than the other states where weather does not permit ballplayers to play all year. Travel ball has grown substantially and allows young players to improve greatly because of better coaching and the players competing against better competition. There are tournaments available every weekend throughout the year.

My name is Mark Cresse and I was the bullpen coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers from 1974-1998. I worked on the coaching staff for Walter Alston, Tommy Lasorda, and Bill Russell. This will be the 38th year I have operated the Mark Cresse School of Baseball. We have trained thousands of young ballplayers at my camps. This summer, we will begin a new training offer at my camps geared toward giving travel ball teams the opportunity to train together in a group. We will keep your players together during the Fundamental Training as well as during the team games. My staff of professional coaches is all high school and college coaches, as well as men who have played professional baseball. The reason our camp is a step above the other youth baseball camps in southern California is our professional staff. If you are looking for a way to get your travel team to the next level, my training program is your answer.

No matter how good your travel team’s coaching staff is, a week of training at Mark Cresse School of Baseball will help your players realize the commitment they must make in order for each of them to reach their baseball dreams and goals.

As an extra incentive for travel ball team players to take advantage of my outstanding training program, I will give you a 10% discount for each player when a group of 8 or more players enroll together.
