INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: Session 1 Policy: If we are able to train either 2 or 3 days of camp: Camp is over for that session (We only guarantee 2 of the 3 days) If we are able to only train 1 day of camp: You are eligible for a make up day on either Dec. 30 2024 and or Jan. 2025 2, or 3(whichever works for you) If we are not able to get you 2 days of camp in , you are going to receive “camp credit” for Winter Camp 2025. *There are no refunds for any reason. After adding your information to our camp program, that is when we will run your credit card and charge you the appropriate amount. Then you will receive an updated receipt and confirmation email.
